Join Dr. Jiaying Zhao (Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in Behavioral Sustainability) to learn about the science of "sweet spot" behaviour changes that can both reduce your carbon footprint and increase your happiness. Learn how to find the "sweet spot" in four key areas of your everyday life - driving, flying, eating, and shopping. Discover how to reduce your impact on the environment while increasing your satisfaction with mindful consumption. Join this workshop to set your own climate goals together with your colleagues.

About the organization: Happy Climate is a collaboration between Dr. Elizabeth Dunn and Dr. Jiaying Zhao. Together, they are applying the latest research to identify the "sweet spots" in everyday behaviours to optimize for both happiness and climate impacts. To learn more, visit Happy Climate. Please watch this video about Happy Climate before attending if possible.
