The Ministry of Health Research Seed Grant Program provides funding to universities in British Columbia to produce research that responds to the Ministry of Health’s research questions.

Call for Proposals

In partnership with the Ministry of Health, UBC Health is offering funding to researchers from UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan to address specific research questions identified by the Ministry of Health.  Note that Questions 7 and 8 are directly related to health and climate change.  Scroll to 2024/2025 Research Questions at the following website.

The call for proposals opened on September 5, 2024, with notices of intent due September 27, 2024. After review, shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit full applications, which are due November 27, 2024.
